Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, no payment required at download. Your trial begins the moment you create your account. Billing starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
How do I cancel?
From within the app, go to More and tap Manage Subscription. You can also cancel through your iPhone Settings, under Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Parentlog has no access to your billing. Apple manages it entirely.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
Your records remain readable for 12 months after your subscription ends. PDF exports are available throughout that period.
Is my data private?
Solo records are always private, and only you can see them. When you pair with a co-parent, shared features (handovers, expenses, calendar, messages) are visible to both parents going forward. Journal entries are the exception: they start private, and you choose at the time of writing whether to share a specific entry. Nothing created before pairing is ever exposed.
Does Parentlog work without a co-parent?
Fully. Solo use is the default. Pairing with a co-parent is optional and can be set up at any time from within the app.
